5 days of style:

A (gentle) crash course into the keys of style that most people avoid talking about.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • Finding YOUR key style pieces, and getting everyone else's opinions out of your head.
  • Claiming your bodily autonomy and your right to be the queen of your own domain.
  • Ditching the narrative of "clothes that flatter your figure" and deciding what you want instead.
  • Exploring the story your clothes tell you all day, and leveling that story up.
  • And finally, learning a way to put outfits together that actually feels good.

How it works:

  • This is a live virtual course with daily morning contemplation-audio-meditations and evening check-in calls.
  • Dates? Monday, June 17th-Friday, June 21st, with a welcoming and intention setting call on Sunday, June 16th.
  • Each evening, you'll get the next morning's audio, carve out 3-5 minutes in the morning to listen in while you get ready for your day, then join in each evening for 20-30 minute call to check-in with how that day went.
