It’s Day Seven of the Summer 2017 10×10 Wardrobe Challenge! I can’t believe it’s so close to the end!

If you’re just finding this project, you can catch up on Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4Day 5, and Day 6. Plus follow along on instagram here, and find out what the heck a 10×10 Wardrobe Challenge is here.

I love this look for how easy it is. It’s another one of those outfits that isn’t really an outfit, but is still put together enough to be considered “put together.” Because head to toe black (almost) always looks cohesive. At it’s heart this look is just a drapey tee-shirt, jeans, boots, and accessories.

I put this 10 piece, mini-capsule wardrobe together to really experiment with tee-shirts. I’ve never been a huge wearer of tee-shirts, so styling them without being boring has been both challenging, and surprisingly easy.

I’m beginning to wonder if the key to styling a tee-shirt is to have interesting accessories and/or sunglasses. But then there’s another part of me that keeps thinking: styling a tee-shirt can’t really be that simple. Can it?

Can the key to styling a tee-shirt in a simple outfit really be as simple as making sure the colors are cohesive, and pairing it with interesting accessories? Do you have any go to ways of styling a tee?
